  2. Explain how to mix and condense glass ionomer cements in slot preps and list why GICs are a better restorative material than resin composites
  3. List and explain the indications, contraindications, and steps and materials for doing a primary and permanent tooth pulpotomy, Indirect pulp cap, direct pulp cap, and PRR
  4. List and know the indications and contraindications for the Hall Technique and its role in vital pulp therapy
  5. Explain the characteristics of primary and permanent teeth with MIH and the proper methods and materials for treating theses teeth.
